• Generate revenue and leads by identifying market opportunities in retail, e-commerce, and brand channels • Develop and own lasting client relationships, from first contact through long-term partnership • Lead RFPs, deliver compelling sales presentations, and drive deals to close • Collaborate closely with the GM and Operations Manager to align commercial strategy with operational capabilities • Represent S4S/Solutions4Good at trade shows and events — creating materials, coordinating logistics, and attending as needed • Work alongside the Business Development team to grow our pipeline • Convert inbound inquiries into clients through responsive, consultative outreach • Champion new commercial initiatives — from idea to execution • Travel to prospective clients to build relationships and warm the pipeline • Track and report on sales performance, staying sharp on product knowledge and industry trends

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years in sales and/or marketing, with a track record of growing commercial relationships
  • Experience with CRM or sales management platforms (HubSpot, NetSuite, or similar)
  • Background in retail, e-commerce, brand, or manufacturing
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Ability to travel for at least 2 weeks to onboard in Arnhem, Netherlands, and potentially more required
