We're looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter who can move fluidly across the full spectrum of AI hiring, from highly technical engineering and ML roles to non-technical roles like AI product managers, AI operations leads, and AI-adjacent business functions. This is an internal role built for someone who stays current on where AI talent is moving, understands how the landscape is shifting in real time, and can context-switch between hiring a machine learning engineer one day and an AI solutions consultant the next. You will own sourcing, screening, pipeline management, and candidate experience across a high volume of concurrent searches. The ideal profile is someone who has recruited for technical roles at the senior level, reads AI industry news not because they have to but because they want to, and brings a structured, high-output approach to every search. Why You'll Want to Join - You will be paid in USD (bi-monthly: every 15th and 30th) - Paid Time Off in accordance with company policy - Observance of Holidays per company guidelines - 100% remote setup so you can work wherever you're most productive - Direct ownership over internal recruiting across all AI-focused roles - Front-row seat to the AI talent market at a company that hires across the full stack of the industry What You'll Work On AI Talent Sourcing and Pipeline Building - Source candidates across technical AI roles including ML engineers, AI researchers, data engineers, AI product managers, automation engineers, and RPA developers - Source equally well for non-technical AI-adjacent roles including AI operations, AI consulting, AI customer success, and AI sales functions - Build and maintain targeted talent pipelines for multiple concurrent searches - Stay current on AI industry trends, emerging roles, and shifting skill requirements to sharpen sourcing strategy in real time - Use LinkedIn, GitHub, AI community platforms, and other channels to find candidates who are not actively looking Screening and Candidate Evaluation - Conduct structured screening calls to validate experience, skills, and role fit across both technical and non-technical AI roles - Evaluate technical profiles including GitHub activity, published work, and project portfolios with enough technical fluency to make sound judgments - Assess non-technical candidates for AI literacy, domain knowledge, and alignment with the role requirements - Write clear, concise candidate summaries with explicit reasoning for pass or no-pass decisions - Calibrate regularly with internal stakeholders to sharpen criteria and improve accuracy over time Pipeline and ATS Management - Maintain clean, organized candidate pipelines with accurate status, notes, and communication logs - Track candidate progress across all open searches without letting anything slip - Build repeatable sourcing workflows, templates, and documentation that improve team efficiency - Ensure every candidate receives a professional, timely experience from first touch through final decision Collaboration and Role Calibration - Partner with internal hiring managers and team leads to deeply understand each role before sourcing begins - Adjust strategies quickly based on calibration feedback, market signals, and performance trends - Support prioritization across open roles to keep recruiting operations running without bottlenecks - Contribute to improving internal recruiting systems, scorecards, and hiring frameworks What You Bring - 4+ years of technical recruiting experience, in-house or agency, with a strong track record of closing senior and specialized roles - Demonstrated ability to recruit across both technical and non-technical roles within the AI space - Genuine fluency with AI industry trends, including emerging job functions, tools, and talent dynamics - Strong judgment when evaluating technical profiles including the ability to assess AI and ML backgrounds with accuracy - Excellent written communication for candidate summaries, outreach, and internal updates - Organized, consistent, and able to manage multiple open searches simultaneously without losing quality - High ownership mindset: you run your searches independently and close loops without being chased - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-output environment where priorities shift quickly Nice to Have - Experience with Workable as an ATS - Background recruiting for AI, machine learning, automation, or data engineering roles at scale - Familiarity with AI-powered sourcing tools or automation-driven recruiting workflows - Experience at a startup, staffing firm, or high-growth environment where speed and precision both matter How to Apply Please include: - Your updated resume - A short Loom video (1 to 2 minutes) introducing yourself, describing a technically complex or AI-specific role you recruited for, and explaining how you stay current on AI talent trends and roles Only candidates who submit a Loom video will be moved to the next step of the hiring process.
