We’re Looking For A(n): Paid Ads Specialist Location: Remote (El Segundo, CA and/or Burbank/North Hollywood, CA) What You’ll Be Doing: This position will help plan, implement, monitor and analyze our current and future eCommerce advertising and marketing campaigns (including Amazon, Chewy, Walmart, and others) and support the expansion of the Company's rapidly growing pet business by owning the Advertising/Marketing components. - Set-up, manage, execute and analyze Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns and budgets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to keep spend optimized for sales growth while hitting ROI goals - Recommend, Create, and A/B Test Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Products and Sponsored Display campaigns - Work with the eCommerce team to develop and implement marketing growth and profitability strategy - Work with the eCommerce team to develop a promotional calendar and marketing strategy - Monitor and identify market and competitor trends - Partner with eCommerce and brand teams to optimize and develop messaging and brand assets compliant with brand guidelines and Amazon standards to increase sales and conversions - Perform regular tracking and analysis on the performance of each advertising channel and campaign - Review retailer managed campaigns and social campaigns for performance metrics, analyze data and report on most successful tactics to shape future campaigns - Present data and campaign performance recaps to leadership periodically as needed Qualifications (Note: We strongly encourage you to apply even if you don’t tick ALL of these boxes.): - Proven problem-solving skills. - Highly organized, analytical, and collaborative - Adaptive and flexible with managing changing priorities - Solid communication skills, both written and verbal - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Be an expert in digital advertising - Flexibility and adaptability - Required Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field - Required Experience: - 2-3 years of experience with Pay Per Click advertising (Amazon Advertising, Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, Walmart Connect) - Knowledge of Online Search Advertising (Amazon Ads), with a proven record of increasing sales a must - Knowledge of how product listings are considered relevant to Amazon’s search and sponsored algorithms - Preferred Experience: - Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central/Vendor Central platform/Walmart Connect/Chewy Ads/Perpetua Golden Perks & Benefits: - Comprehensive healthcare coverage – We cover 100% of premiums for medical, dental, and vision plans for employee-only plans. - Annual bonus - We match up to 3.5% of your 401k contributions, ensuring your retirement savings grow alongside your career. - 6 paid sick and mental health days, an Employee Assistance Program, free weekly yoga and meditation classes, and additional mental health benefits, because we take a holistic approach to your well-being. - Invest in your future with our Employee Stock Ownership Plan, where company contributions fund your retirement plan with company stock. The posted salary range in this job posting reflects data based on California's cost of labor analysis.
