Associate Project Manager

• Manage strategic initiatives related to digital health and telehealth education. • Coordinate cross-functional teams to plan, schedule, and execute multiple concurrent projects. • Serve as a key liaison between internal departments, external stakeholders, regional partners, contributors, and funding agencies. • Ensure timely communication, regulatory compliance, and successful delivery of project outcomes. • Oversee grant-related coordination activities, including documentation, reporting, and deadline management. • Track project milestones, deliverables, and performance metrics to ensure alignment with funding requirements and organizational goals. • Facilitate and support stakeholder engagement efforts across regional and national partners. • Develop, coordinate, and deliver virtual and in-person training programs aligned with grant objectives. • Prepare reports, summaries, and communications for leadership and funding agencies. • Support continuous process improvement to enhance project efficiency and training effectiveness.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field, Communications, Education, Business, or related discipline PLUS two (2) years of project management experience
- Strong computer proficiency; advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Demonstrated project management and coordination experience
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive, responsive, and solution-oriented
- Ability to work independently and solve problems effectively
- Ability to handle competing priorities and deadlines under pressure
- Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree in a health-related field, Business, Education, or related discipline PLUS five (5) years of project management experience
- Experience with grant coordination and reporting, particularly HRSA and/or USDA grants
- Experience using project management tools and advanced Excel functions
- Experience with SAP and/or budget management
- Digital health, telehealth, video conferencing, and training facilitation experience

This role requires deep experience in semiconductor facility projects, including a proven ability to manage complex Civil, Structural, and Architectural scopes, budgets, and cost controls in fast paced, high tech environments. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: - Perform workload and team management such as QA/QC, fee proposals, and task management. - Reconcile invoices and change orders with GC, sub-contractors, and 3rd parties. - Perform Value Analysis. - Develop and nurture client relationships to ensure client satisfaction. - Support senior management by providing needed reports and responding to inquiries for information. - Mentor estimating technicians, estimators and train in understanding divisions and construction technology. - Prepare project plans. - Provide bid analysis and post contract support. - Participate in peer review process. - Undertake Risk and Value management evaluations. - Understand project controls and stakeholders’ requirements. - Participate in industry events and demonstrate an understanding of the local market. - Other duties as assigned. - Attendance at work during normal business hours.
