Senior Analyst, Total Rewards

• Support compensation processes including job evaluations, offer development, market pricing, and compensation analysis • Coordinate and track Total Rewards projects, deliverables, timelines, meeting logistics, documentation, follow-ups, and communications • Provide administrative and operational support for the Total Rewards team including expense submissions, reporting, scheduling, SharePoint content management, and workflow tracking • Assist with the preparation of presentations, dashboards, and communications for HR and leadership • Research and compile market data insights to support competitive pay recommendations • Collaborate with HR and Talent Acquisition to answer questions, provide guidance on policy, and support consistent application of compensation practices • Support process improvements to streamline and enhance the employee and stakeholder experience
Job Requirements
- Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience
- minimum 2 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field
- 1–2 years of HR, compensation, HR operations, project coordination, or related experience preferred
- Experience in Excel and working with data.
