Job Description

Valuations Analyst

House Buyers of America

• Determine pricing strategy to maximize ROI for acquired properties and turnaround times for dispositions • Partner with Sales and Construction Departments regarding pricing decisions, budget and scope of work for overall construction strategy • Valuing properties across the entire US ensuring accuracy of valuations • Meet turnaround objectives for all valuations ensuring properties do not sit too long on market • Handle multiple priorities and deadlines • Do anything else necessary to help the company meet its goals

Job Requirements

  • 3 years minimum experience required in residential property valuations/underwriting
  • Appraisal license or completion of all appraisal coursework (preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
  • Amazing computer skills and quick to learn new technology!
