Job Description: The OEM Program Coordinator supports planning, validating, and trafficking requests from our OEM partners to ensure smooth transition to proper team members for execution and delivery. This role acts as a liaison between internal departments (design, customer support, business development) and OEM customers to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with customer requirements. The coordinator ensures smooth communication, accurate documentation, and adherence to timelines throughout the program lifecycle. This is a Remote position reporting to the Manager of Compliance and OEM. Essential Functions: - Coordinate OEM program requests from initial customer inquiry to production by adding technical requirements and due dates that ensure completion - Serve as the primary point of contact for internal team members regarding program status and updates - Track project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and key performance indicators (KPIs) - Collaborate with design, customer support, business development, program specialist teams to ensure program requirements are met Required Skills/Experience: - Bachelor’s degree - Minimum of 2-5 years of relevant professional experience in program coordination, project management, manufacturing, or OEM environments - Perform effectively in environments with frequent workload changes and competing demands - Strong organizational and project coordination skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills Preferred Skills and Experience: - Bachelor’s degree in marketing, project management or related field - Experience in automotive or related OEM industry - Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS - Knowledge of Salesforce and managing website content using CMS platform #LI-Remote This position is open to US residents only. Job Summary As the Director of Professional Services Program Management, you will lead a regional team responsible for overseeing complex customer deployments of Palo Alto Networks solutions.
