How you’ll make an impact in this role - Cybersecurity Portfolio Governance: Direct the end-to-end execution of a complex security project portfolio, enforcing strict adherence to the Strategy Realization Office (SRO) framework and ensuring all initiatives align with enterprise-level risk mitigation and defensive posture objectives. - Tactical Playbook Engineering: Architect and maintain a standardized PMO Playbook and technical artifact repository; define the mandatory lifecycle requirements—from project initiation to post-implementation review—to ensure consistent delivery across Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid workstreams. - High-Velocity Delivery Oversight: Orchestrate cross-functional resource allocation and performance monitoring using precision KPIs; identify critical path deviations and execute corrective technical interventions to maintain alignment with aggressive deployment timelines and scope constraints. - Strategic Stakeholder Reporting: Synthesize granular project telemetry into high-fidelity executive briefings; communicate project health, technical risks, and resource bottlenecks to C-suite leadership to facilitate data-driven decision-making and strategic pivoting. - Operational Process Optimization: Lead continuous improvement initiatives by conducting deep-dive workflow audits; identify systemic bottlenecks within the cybersecurity delivery pipeline and implement automated or streamlined methodologies that enhance team velocity and process integrity. What minimum requirements you’ll need Education: - High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. - 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred. What additional preferences we're seeking - Experience: 7+ years in project management - PMO expertise: The ideal candidate must demonstrate mastery in developing and maintaining all essential project artifacts, including comprehensive project plans, RACI charts, communication matrices, and detailed meeting minutes, to ensure seamless execution and transparency across the project lifecycle. - Strategic Execution: Proven track record of managing complex project portfolios and meeting aggressive deadlines. - Certification: PMP and scrum master is highly preferred.
