Role Description The Finance & HR Operations Coordinator supports financial and HR operations with a focus on data accuracy, payroll processes, and reporting. The role combines financial analysis, payroll support, data management, and cross-functional collaboration with Finance and HR teams. This position suits a detail-oriented specialist who enjoys working with numbers, structured processes, and large datasets. Qualifications - 2+ years of experience in Finance (iGaming is a must) - Experience with financial reporting and payroll processes - Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills (formulas, pivot tables, large datasets) - Strong analytical skills and understanding of financial metrics - Attention to detail and accuracy - Understanding of compensation structures - Experience working in international teams is a plus - English - proficient, Russian - native Requirements - Experience with BI tools (nice to have) - Experience with HR / Finance systems (nice to have) Responsibilities - Process, verify, and structure financial and HR data - Support payroll processes (data collection, validation of calculations) - Prepare regular financial and HR reports - Analyze personnel costs (headcount cost, payroll deviations, etc.) - Identify errors, inconsistencies, and data duplicates - Synchronize data between Finance and HR teams - Maintain and update tables, reports, and internal processes - Ensure compliance with financial standards and internal policies Benefits - Remote full-time employment - Long-term cooperation within an expanding international team - Opportunity to grow into Finance Analyst / Senior Finance Specialist - Dynamic international environment
