Process Automation & Optimization Specialist
ELVTR
• Analyze and improve existing processes across different departments (for example, Sales/Customer Support, etc.) • Reduce manual work using automation tools and AI-based solutions • Handle technical requests in internal chats, including resolving issues related to tools such as HubSpot, Aircall, Stripe, and similar platforms • Research tools, workflows, and technical solutions to support business needs • Design and introduce new processes that improve operational efficiency
Job Requirements
- Mid-level experience in automation, process optimization, or operations
- Proven ability to learn new tools and systems quickly
- Experience working independently with documentation and troubleshooting resources
- Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- High level of ownership and self-motivation
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and organize personal workload effectively
- Strong communicator able to explain technical topics to non-technical stakeholders, self-motivated, proactive, and ownership-driven.
- Comfortable collaborating with stakeholders and able to plan and prioritize own tasks effectively.
- Nice to have: Practical experience using AI tools for process optimization
- Experience with no-code / low-code automation tools such as Zapier, n8n, and similar platforms

• Lead on-site commissioning of robotic picking systems at customer warehouses • Bring systems from mechanical completion through first picks, ramp-up, and production handover • Validate hardware, electrical, controls, and software integration on-site • Diagnose and resolve issues across mechanical, electrical, controls, and software domains • Work closely with remote engineering teams to troubleshoot and deploy fixes • Execute test plans, acceptance criteria, and performance validation • Train customer operators and maintenance teams during handover • Document commissioning procedures, lessons learned, and site-specific configurations • Support continuous improvement by feeding field insights back into engineering and product teams
