Responsibilities Arcfield is seeking a Program Financial Analyst to join our Finance team. The qualified individual will: - Perform complex analysis of budgets and schedules needed to meet contractual/project requirements for assigned programs. - Manage financial forecasts with program manager input and based on contractual details. - Analyze financial results providing explanations for variances to plan. - Act as a key technical expert on financial analysis issues. - Coordinate interdepartmental development of program plans and interfaces with vendors and customers as required. - Monitor and reports performance against plans to ensure that contractual cost and schedule objectives are met. - Monitor the status of financial accounts, ensuring that program charges accurately reflect the correct labor hours and rates, subcontractor costs and other direct costs (ODCs). - Monitor spending versus plan and notifies management promptly of any over runs/under runs. - Prepare financial reports, statements and estimates for internal and external stakeholders. - Interface with top management, responding to their requests for financial data. Resolves reporting and compliance issues. - Other duties as assigned. Qualifications - BS 5-7 Years, MS 3-5, PhD 0-2 - Experience in a financial role in government contracting industry - Strong excel skills - Experience with financial systems. • Build and sustain the construction data pipeline, targeting same-day delivery of quality construction analytics • Partner with Engineering and Product teams to translate customer needs into technical requirements • Develop and maintain deep understanding of data collection technologies (both capabilities and limitations) and collaborate within Operations to tailor data collection to analytic output targets • Continuously improve the speed and quality of deliverables by identifying data analysis pipeline bottlenecks and opportunities

• Work with the team and departmental managers to create a prioritized list of reporting needs within Infrastructure • Elicit and analyze needs and translate / document information into reporting requirements • Import and build small databases for data mining • Acquire data from primary and / or secondary data sources and maintain databases • Use statistical methods to interpret data, analyze results, and provide ongoing reporting • Use data to create models that depict trends in portfolio financials and operational effectiveness • Run database queries in order to support data validation within reports • Filter and “clean” data to locate and correct code problems • Identify and recommend new ways to meet the Infrastructure reporting • Facilitate meetings to review data findings and metrics • Develop and update documentation to support new / changes to procedures • Develop, generate, maintain and monitor reports and files • Consolidate and create monthly decks providing operational metrics and key messages • Works under significant supervision of a Manager

• Leverage Doximity's extensive datasets to identify and classify behavioral patterns of medical professionals on our platform. • Play a key role in creating both product and client-facing analytics. • Inform data team strategy by working with the product leaders and managers. Actively participate in execution and some planning of organizational data team strategy. • Collaborate with a team of product managers, analysts, and other developers to define and lead data projects from data ingestion to analysis to recommendations.
