Program Financial Analyst III
Arcfield
Responsibilities Arcfield is seeking a Program Financial Analyst to join our Finance team. The qualified individual will: - Perform complex analysis of budgets and schedules needed to meet contractual/project requirements for assigned programs. - Manage financial forecasts with program manager input and based on contractual details. - Analyze financial results providing explanations for variances to plan. - Act as a key technical expert on financial analysis issues. - Coordinate interdepartmental development of program plans and interfaces with vendors and customers as required. - Monitor and reports performance against plans to ensure that contractual cost and schedule objectives are met. - Monitor the status of financial accounts, ensuring that program charges accurately reflect the correct labor hours and rates, subcontractor costs and other direct costs (ODCs). - Monitor spending versus plan and notifies management promptly of any over runs/under runs. - Prepare financial reports, statements and estimates for internal and external stakeholders. - Interface with top management, responding to their requests for financial data. Resolves reporting and compliance issues. - Other duties as assigned. Qualifications - BS 5-7 Years, MS 3-5, PhD 0-2 - Experience in a financial role in government contracting industry - Strong excel skills - Experience with financial systems.
