• Map the "as-is" healthcare landscape and design the "to-be" technical integrations for eligibility, prior auth, and claims. • Work hands-on with engineering and partners, leveraging APIs and middleware to integrate disparate systems to power a simple patient experience. • Translate insurance requirements into clean, actionable technical specifications. • Define the "Clean Claim" baseline - establish the core data validation rules required to move from manual entry to initial electronic submission. • Lead the product introduction of insurance-based pathways for home sleep studies (HSS) and DME therapy. • Ensure parallel operation of cash-pay and insurance flows without introducing friction. • Obsess over the patient experience and automate processes using AI/ML tools. • Design and iterate on digital-first patient journeys that provide radical transparency in pricing and care status. • Build automated "scrubbing" engines that validate claims against payer-specific rules before they leave our system. • Own the end-to-end insurance product roadmap, balancing rapid launches with long-term platform stability.

Product Manager — Kins Physical Therapy

Kins

We Didn’t Just Rethink PT. We Rebuilt It Around You. You became a PT to help people—not to sprint through stacked schedules or meet productivity quotas. That’s why we built Kins: a model that puts you back in control. Here, you treat one patient at a time—for a full hour—so you can deliver the kind of care you were trained to give. You set your schedule. You shape your caseload. And you earn more by focusing on better care, not more visits. This is physical therapy reimagined—so you can make a real impact, build the career you want, and finally practice on your terms.

About Kins Kins is changing the way physical therapy works. For patients, we deliver 1:1, fully licensed physical therapy at home and virtually, covered by insurance, built around real life. No aides. No productivity quotas. For physical therapists, working with Kins means rediscovering how clinical care was meant to be practiced, with time to treat patients holistically. Thousands of people feel the difference as evidenced by 4.9 stars on Google and an NPS of 91. This is physical therapy, reimagined. About the Role We are seeking a Product Manager, to own and grow our product platform. You'll work directly with the Head of Product across the full stack: our proprietary EHR, therapist web app, patient mobile app, intake/patient matching, and more. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, and full stack product thinking. One morning you're deep in a UX detail; that afternoon you're thinking through a six-month roadmap. And you're doing all of it inside a regulated healthcare environment, where the decisions carry real weight. The work at Kins is meaningful in a way that's easy to feel. Thousands of patients come to Kins to get back to doing what they love: running, lifting, playing with their kids, living without pain. You'll help build the product that makes both of those things possible. Responsibilities - Ship. Work hands-on with engineers to move quickly and get things out the door across every layer of the product. - Own the user voice. Kins operates a three-sided marketplace of patients, physical therapists, and referring physicians. You'll develop deep understanding of all three and bring clear user-problems to product discovery. - Shape the roadmap. Help define what we build, when, and why, with clear reasoning the whole team can get behind. - Test and learn. Take user-voice and drive discovery/experimentation to test your hypothesis. - Maintain quality. You are directly responsible for the final outcome in the patients or PTs hand. - Lead with empathy. Healthcare is different. The service Kins provides has a gravity - Act collaboratively. Kins works when technology and people blend seamlessly together. You’ll work closely with RCM, Customer Experience, and our Physical Therapy team to ensure operations processes wrap into our product experience. A Good Fit Looks Like - 3+ years of product management experience with demonstrated working across multi-functional product teams. - A track record of shipping. You've worked closely with engineers and have the wins and lessons to show for it. - Demonstrated experience in work through ambiguous user-problems problems through to product features that drive results. - Generalist range. You can zoom into a pixel-level UX problem and zoom back out to strategy, sometimes on the same day. - Comfort on the frontier of AI in how you actually work and think about what's possible. - Data-driven by default. You form hypotheses, measure outcomes, and let the results inform what comes next. - Communication that's clear and direct, whether you're talking to an engineer, a PT, or a patient. - Nice to have: Experience shipping 0-1 products. Experience or passion for healthcare.
