Role Description We have a great opportunity to reach more pelvic health patients by offering a virtual only solution to improve access to in-network care for patients. We are looking for physical therapists to treat male pelvic health clients in a remote setting. Virtual pelvic health physical therapy sessions can be conducted from the comfort of your own home or private treatment space. - Evaluate, assess progress and provide plan of care and exercise prescription for your patient caseload. - Provide evidence based, high quality care and guide patients to self-management and successful graduation from care in a value based model. - Document all treatments and clinical outcome measures in our EMR to routinely assess progress. - Create a world-class patient experience, communicating via chat and phone with patients and/or providers as needed. - Able to commit to a minimum of 4 visits/week in a telehealth setting. Qualifications - Current Licensed Physical Therapist in Virginia. - Pelvic Health Level 1 certification with a minimum of 1 year of experience. - Telehealth experience. - Completed state-regulated CEU requirement in Virginia. - Demonstrated excellent written & verbal communication skills. - Excited to build and deliver a new model for achieving better clinical outcomes. - Creative and flexible, but always puts the patient first. - Excellent at forging successful and respectful relationships with the entire team. Requirements - Commit to a minimum of 4 visits/week. About the Role We are seeking a Customer Experience Representative to serve as a key point of contact for prospective and new patients. In this role, you will deliver a high-touch, concierge-level experience—guiding patients through the intake process, verifying insurance benefits, and ensuring they feel informed and confident as they begin their care journey. You will play a critical role at the intersection of patient experience, operations, and clinical decision-making—helping determine the most appropriate care pathway (virtual or in-person) while ensuring a seamless onboarding experience. This is an excellent opportunity for a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) or a highly skilled non-clinical candidate with relevant experience who is passionate about patient care, problem-solving, and working in a fast-paced, collaborative startup environment.
