• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company’s growth goals. • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial modeling. • Provide financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making by the CEO and leadership team. • Lead fundraising activities, including preparing pitch decks, financial projections, and due diligence materials. • Maintain strong relationships with investors, venture capitalists, and financial partners. • Manage cap table and ensure compliance with funding agreements. • Implement scalable financial systems, processes, and tools for a growing startup. Manage $3M revenue for the company. • Oversee all financial reporting, accounting, and audit processes. • Ensure compliance with local and international tax regulations, as well as legal and accounting standards (e.g., GAAP/IFRS). • Establish key financial KPIs, track performance, and provide regular reports to stakeholders. • Analyze revenue streams, unit economics, and cost structures to drive profitability. • Monitor burn rate and ensure efficient allocation of resources. • Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies. • Ensure the company has appropriate insurance, financial controls, and compliance mechanisms in place.

• Vena Report Development & Administration • Administer and maintain Vena, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates of financial reports. • Develop and enhance Vena reports to meet the evolving needs of the business. • Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to Vena system usage. • Power BI Dashboarding • Design, create, and manage Power BI dashboards that provide key insights to internal stakeholders. • Continuously improve dashboard functionalities to enhance reporting efficiency. • Excel Report Consolidation & Automation • Build and maintain complex Excel models for financial consolidation, ensuring the accuracy of data. • Automate recurring reports using advanced Excel techniques (macros, pivot tables, formulas) to streamline processes. • PowerPoint Slide Updates • Update and refine PowerPoint presentations used for board meetings, executive reviews, and internal reporting. • Collaborate with the FP&A team to create visually compelling slides that effectively communicate financial insights.

• Build and maintain advanced financial models to support decision-making for our clients. • Develop and enhance KPI dashboards and other performance tracking tools. • Automate manual processes in Excel, Power Query, and other platforms to improve efficiency. • Conduct detailed financial analysis and reporting, ensuring accuracy and clarity. • Provide support with FP&A functions, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. • Collaborate with the team to streamline financial workflows and optimize reporting structures. • Assist with bookkeeping tasks, as needed, and identify opportunities for automation. • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects/clients simultaneously. • Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to internal and external stakeholders. • Ensure all deliverables meet the highest standards of accuracy and timeliness.
