• Providing freelance consultancy services to clients of the organisation; • Scheduling regular client introductions; • finalising contract negotiations, • Providing value-added input to strategy and strategic development in relation to client services; • To act in the best interests of the company; • Assisting in carrying out the duties of the Managing Directors, such as: Reviewing, and conducting ongoing monitoring of any client proposals put forward by the Managing Directors; • Reviewing organisational capability in relation to stated objectives; • Reviewing revenue performance against targets; • Maintaining the confidentiality of information received; • Carrying out functions with due skill, care, and diligence; • Devoting sufficient time to the above responsibilities

• Client-facing responsibilities including investor relations, partnerships & new business development • Drafting legally binding documentation as required by PRIIPS, AIFMD, and other supervisory provisions • Ensuring adequate execution of the executive committee investment policy in relation to share capital and any other assets held by the company • Ensuring annual statutory accounts are adequately published in a timely and formatted as per IFRS accounting standards • Fulfilling the requirements of exchange membership for relevant sub-funds, maintaining interaction with investors and the general public • Regulatory on-boarding and compliance responsibilities, particularly those in-scope of AIFMD and UCITS • Any reasonable responsibility that may arise from time to time as defined by the management company
