Accounting Analyst

• Monthly accounting record of expenses, reclassifications, daily income record to know the financial situation of the company. • Monthly bank account reconciliations. • Monitor Balance Sheet and P&L accounts with appropriate records in order to provide reconciled balances. • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual reports for all team financial metrics. • Intercompany review and communication to reconcile balances. • Billing of intercompany services, fixed assets, commissions and interests. • Electronic invoicing. • Preparation of working papers for monthly and annual tax returns. • Auxiliary reports for internal and external audit.
Job Requirements
- 3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Public Accounting Degree.
- Knowledge of Excel and other MS tools.
- Knowledge of accounting programs / ERP (Oracle Cloud preferably)
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Proactive and focused on results.
- Constant communication with the areas.
- Previous experience in Big4 or consultancy firms is a plus.
