Vice President, Payment Integrity – Innovations & Solutions

• Lead the development of scalable, technology-enabled healthcare solutions that primarily address evolving payers and healthcare market needs and expansion to other market verticals • Drive the incubation and development of next-generation enterprise platforms leveraging AI, automation, and advanced analytics to deliver differentiated capabilities • Define end-to-end solution architectures that integrate data, workflows, and intelligent decision systems to support enterprise transformation initiatives • Continuously assess market dynamics, industry trends, and client challenges to identify opportunities for new solution development and innovation • Partner with internal teams to transform innovative concepts into market-ready offerings that support growth and competitive differentiation • Serve as a client-facing leader engaging with executive stakeholders to understand business priorities and shape transformation roadmaps • Support strategic deal pursuits by presenting differentiated solution capabilities, developing compelling narratives, and demonstrating value to clients • Act as a trusted advisor to clients by providing insights into emerging healthcare trends, technology innovation, and operational transformation • Build and nurture relationships with strategic partners, technology providers, and ecosystem collaborators to enhance solution capabilities • Guide the development and scaling of enterprise-grade technology platforms that support data-driven healthcare solutions • Collaborate with engineering, product, and analytics teams to ensure scalable architecture, interoperability, and seamless integration across systems • Lead experimentation and rapid prototyping initiatives to accelerate innovation cycles and validate new capabilities • Establish frameworks that support modular, reusable, and scalable enterprise solution deployment • Provide leadership with insights into solution performance, innovation pipeline progress, and emerging market opportunities • Define key success metrics to evaluate the impact of new solutions, innovation programs, and client engagements • Establish governance frameworks to track solution development progress and ensure alignment with strategic objectives • Build and mentor cross-functional teams to foster innovation, collaboration, and excellence

Job Requirements

  • Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or related discipline
  • 20+ years of experience in healthcare technology, healthcare analytics, enterprise solutions, or digital transformation
  • Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering enterprise-scale healthcare platforms, solutions, or transformation initiatives
  • Strong understanding of healthcare payer ecosystem, healthcare operations, and technology-enabled solutions
  • Proven track record of engaging with senior client stakeholders and supporting large deal pursuits or solution-led growth initiatives
  • Experience building scalable enterprise systems leveraging analytics, AI/ML, and automation technologies
  • Strong ability to translate complex industry challenges into structured solution architectures
  • Excellent communication and executive presentation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate in rapidly evolving and innovation-driven environments
  • Proven ability to build, mentor, and lead high-performing teams
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively to senior leadership.
  • Proven ability to build strong, trusting relationships across all levels of the organization, including with corporate function
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex issues into manageable tasks
