• Own the post-sale customer relationship: act as a strategic partner, advisor, and advocate for your accounts. • Drive product adoption, user engagement, and business value across your portfolio. • Proactively manage customer health and create action plans to mitigate churn risk. • Use data to inform your customer strategy, including CHS, usage trends, and key milestones. • Collaborate closely with Account Managers to support renewals and uncover expansion opportunities. • Educate customers on new features, product and roadmap updates, and best practices to help them achieve their goals.
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Success in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Experience working with segmented customers, including longtail or digital-first success models.
- Familiarity with Customer Success software (e.g., ChurnZero, Gainsight, Totango) is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field is preferred.
- Must be fluent in English.

Summary Job Description: Baptist Health is looking for Employee Health Nurse - Lead to join our team. This is primarily a remote position that may require traveling to either New Albany, IN or Louisville, KY The Lead plays a vital role within Employee Health Services (EHS), working in partnership with the EHS manager to ensure the effective coordination and delivery of both routine and special program services for employees across the health system. This role is essential for supporting the EHS team in facilitating the delivery of high-quality, convenient, and efficient services in line with the organization’s mission, vision, and values. This position requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, flexibility, participation in after-hours administrative call, and periodic travel across the health system. Key responsibilities include oversight and support of EHS team members: overseeing team attendance schedules, daily assignments and productivity, coordinating orientation and preceptorship for new staff, collecting licensing, education and compliance data, assisting in development and refining of workflows tailored to each program focuses, delivering clear consistent communication and training, fostering a positive, collaborative work environment that adheres to departmental policies, scope of nursing practice, and Infection Prevention and Control standards, assisting the manager with team development, accountability, coaching and remediation, monitoring service quality, accuracy of documentation, and productivity, oversight of department resources including, equipment, supply par levels, and clinic presentation. The Lead is instrumental in ensuring adequate program appointment availability, response to workplace exposures, planning and support of organizational initiatives such as the annual influenza vaccine drive or health screenings, employee safety & workplace accommodations, acute care services, and coordination, training, and oversight of resources outside of EHS supplementing EHS program services (i.e., fit testers, flu bees, etc.). Additional responsibilities include identifying and addressing operational and clinical issues, escalating concerns to management as needed. The lead adapts to changing priorities and responsibilities based on organizational needs, assists with day-to-day team tasks, participates in after-hours administrative call rotation and serves as acting manager in the absence of the EHS manager, ensuring continuity of operations. Will travel to various Baptist Health facilities. Requirements - RN required. BSN preferred. - Current multi-state licensure for Indiana and Kentucky Board of Nursing. - BLS required. - Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical experience as a RN - Experience as a preceptor, lead, or supervisor preferred. - Employee Health, Workers Compensation, Safety, Wellness, and Acute Care knowledge and experience preferred.
