• Design, develop and implement CRM/XRM and CDM/CDS solutions • Explore application customization options, synthesize information and plan changes • Participate in team meetings on technical topics and in design and development reviews • Analyze business needs and align them with existing systems to complete the digital ecosystem • Supervise and support the implementation team (strategy and delivery options) • Participate in various development tasks (process flow configuration, plugin configuration, website integrations, CRM customization, etc.) • Evaluate high-level solutions • Prepare documentation supporting the developed solutions • Create and execute tests for application quality assurance • Perform other related tasks

Job Requirements

  • Certification or experience with Dynamics CRM, including third-party components (ISV) (an asset)
  • Experience as a business analyst or software architect (an asset)
  • IT experience as a .NET developer (an asset)
  • Strong knowledge of the following technologies: C#, .NET Framework (3.5, 4.0), JavaScript, SQL (Microsoft, Oracle), XML, HTML
  • Bilingual (French and English)
  • Proficiency with the following platforms: Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Common Data Service, Common Data Model, Power Apps, Power Automate (Flow), Power BI
