• Meet with heads of all departments to determine departmental needs for project and strategic planning management system. • Identify platform options that consider project management and planning style of the organization, ease of use, and maintenance costs. • Based on organization’s choice of platform, coordinate with platform on purchase and set up, including migrating existing planning and project management information. • Develop S.O.P. for the organization in the use and maintenance of the platform. • Train staff of use of developed system before April/May Annual planning process. • Evaluate and troubleshoot system after first use by staff.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience developing project and strategic planning systems for small to midsized nonprofit organizations.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Experience training staff to use planning systems.
