• Develop high impact improvement plans and manage reports that impact customer experience • Utilize forecasts to measure accuracy by interval, daily, monthly measures, and headcount expense • Partner effectively with cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment and outcomes • Research and analyze diversified data to draw valid conclusions • Perform complex modeling to support forecasting, performance, and optimization
