Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a BI Developer
- Background in data warehouse design (e.g. dimensional modelling)
- In-depth understanding of database management systems, online analytical processing (OLAP) and ETL (Extract, transform, load) framework
- Familiarity with BI technologies (e.g. Microsoft Power BI, Reporting Services)
- Knowledge of SQL queries, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
- Proven abilities to take initiative and be innovative
- Analytical mind with a problem-solving aptitude
- BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field

The company is seeking a highly analytical and strategic Demand Planner & BI Lead to optimize inventory planning and build the data infrastructure needed to support continued growth. About the Role We're seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Demand Planner & BI Lead to own forecasting, S&OP process management, and business intelligence infrastructure across the organization. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role sitting at the intersection of supply chain, finance, and analytics. You'll own the full demand planning cycle across DTC (Shopify) and retail (Sephora) channels, lead our monthly S&OP process in partnership with departmental leads, and build out the BI tooling and reporting infrastructure we need to operate at scale heading into 2026 and beyond.
