• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and KPI scorecards. • Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into technical specifications. • Perform data modeling and create complex DAX calculations to support data analysis. • Connect to data sources, import, clean, and transform data for reporting purposes. • Implement row-level security and ensure compliance with data governance standards. • Collaborate with stakeholders to define key metrics and performance indicators. • Provide training and support to end users on Power BI tools. • Stay updated on the latest Power BI features, trends, and best practices.

• Design, implement, and maintain features in OpenStack core projects (Nova, Neutron, Cinder, Glance, Trove, Ironic, Freezer, Keystone, Magnum, Heat, Octavia). • Support architecture and platform decisions, ensuring alignment with our Cloud strategy. • Participate in code reviews, CI/CD pipelines, testing, and deployment. • Collaborate with squads and Platform Ops to ensure stable, production-ready OpenStack services. • Contribute to upstream OpenStack projects, submitting patches, fixes, and documentation. • Support migration, upgrades, and integration work between OpenStack and other platform components. • Document solutions, processes, and architecture decisions for internal and organizational use.

• Deep-dive into Ceph code and architecture (RADOS, RGW, core storage) to optimize performance and scalability for production workloads. • Profile, benchmark, and troubleshoot performance issues at scale—spanning tens of petabytes and thousands of clients—to identify architectural and operational bottlenecks. • Lead internal knowledge development and mentorship on Ceph expertise across the IaaS and Operations teams. • Actively contribute upstream to the Ceph project by submitting patches, participating in design discussions, and influencing features critical to cloud provider use cases (e.g., multi-AZ, RGW performance, tiering). • Develop and maintain internal build pipelines and necessary extensions, ensuring compliance and long-term maintainability. • Partner with Platform Operations to enhance observability, maintain stability, and accelerate issue resolution in production clusters. • Collaborate with other squads to ensure Ceph capabilities evolve in line with upcoming roadmap items such as GPU-aaS, Backup-aaS, Bare-metal-aaS, and DB-aaS.

• Assess AI readiness using Cisco’s global framework—Strategy, Infrastructure (including PODs), Data, Governance, Talent, and Culture. • Deploy, configure, and optimize Cisco AI PODs, enabling rapid onboarding and operational scaling of AI workloads in on-premises and hybrid environments. • Work closely with engineering and IT teams to integrate PODs with enterprise infrastructure and workflows for real-world AI applications. • Support migration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of AI workloads on PODs. • Deliver enablement workshops and training to ensure diverse teams are equipped to utilize AI PODs and meet enterprise standards. • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by sharing best practices and collaborating across departments.

• Design, implement, and maintain cloud-based applications using C#, .NET, and Azure Services. • Develop RESTful APIs and microservices supporting scalable and robust platforms. • Collaborate on the architecture, deployment, and optimization of solutions across Azure environments. • Integrate and maintain data access layers (SQL Server, Entity Framework) with focus on performance and reliability. • Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements, design, coding, testing, deployment, and support. • Contribute to continuous integration and deployment pipelines (Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions). • Work with cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies to deliver high-quality increments.
