Max Accelerate
• Identify new business opportunities and drive growth across the GCC region for DataMax AI’s Maximo-based solutions. • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in industries such as oil & gas, utilities, and facilities management. • Develop and execute a sales strategy tailored to the specific needs of the GCC market, focusing on Maximo EAM solutions. • Position DataMax AI’s products and solutions to meet the unique requirements of potential clients in the Middle East. • Provide strategic guidance to clients on how DataMax AI can optimize their Maximo systems and improve their operational efficiencies. • Conduct in-depth product demonstrations and presentations to key stakeholders. • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to meet and exceed targets for the region. • Track sales activities and maintain detailed records of interactions and progress within the CRM system. • Stay informed on industry trends, market developments, and competitive offerings in the EAM space within the GCC region. • Monitor competitor activity and adjust strategies to maintain a competitive edge in the market. • Work closely with internal teams, including technical and support staff, to ensure smooth delivery of solutions to clients. • Report on sales performance, market insights, and potential business opportunities to senior management.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or sales, with a focus on Maximo EAM solutions in the GCC region.
- Proven track record of driving sales and securing new business within the enterprise software or technology sector.
- Strong knowledge of Maximo EAM and its application across industries in the GCC region.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand and address customer needs, positioning DataMax AI’s solutions as the best fit for their operations.
- Familiarity with the business culture in the GCC and the ability to navigate different regulatory and operational environments.
