• Actively drive sales and achieve targets related to Record Management solutions, focusing on customer acquisition, upselling, and expansion of current accounts. • Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and post-sale relationship management. • Identify new business opportunities through networking, cold-calling, and referrals. • Conduct market research to identify potential clients in industries requiring strong record management, compliance, and governance. • Understand client pain points and tailor Azeus Convene’s record management solutions to meet their needs. • Present and demonstrate the benefits of Azeus Convene’s solutions in a compelling and customer-focused manner. • Build and maintain long-term relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders at client organizations. • Serve as the primary point of contact for all sales-related matters, ensuring excellent customer service throughout the sales cycle. • Prepare and present proposals, sales presentations, and contracts. • Negotiate pricing, terms, and close sales agreements in alignment with the company’s goals. • Work closely with the pre-sales and technical teams to ensure solutions are accurately tailored to customer needs. • Collaborate with the customer success and implementation teams to ensure smooth transitions and continued customer satisfaction after sales. • Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings, particularly focusing on market leaders like OpenText. • Use market insights to provide feedback to the product development team to enhance Azeus Convene’s offerings. • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline in the CRM system. • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at various levels of an organization.
  • 2-10 years of experience in sales, specifically in **Record Management**, **Document Management**, or **Enterprise Content Management (ECM)** solutions.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in an enterprise software environment.
  • Strong experience in solution selling, with the ability to engage with senior decision-makers and explain complex solutions clearly.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to deliver effective sales presentations and demos.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close sales effectively.
  • Knowledge of the records management market and understanding of key industry players.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of the relevant industry and market trends.
  • Be able to work in a cross-cultural environment.
  • Must be fluent in English.

Assigned up to 5 DSO customers, the Business Development Manager achieves sales quotas and assigned account objectives by introducing DDS Lab to clinics that are part of assigned DSOs, presenting the full range of products and services to the customer, monitoring customer sales performance and ensuring customer needs and expectations are met. The Business Development Manager is ultimately responsible for the growth in share of active offices of the DSOs that they call on. The Business Development Manager works with all levels of the customers decision making team. At the customers corporate office, the Business Development Manager works with DSO leadership, clinical staff and corporate purchasing. At the office locations, the Business Development Manager works with the doctors and office managers. At all levels, the Business Development Manager is responsible for establishing productive, professional relationships and focus on providing solutions to customers laboratory needs. Responsibilities Present all corporate marketing programs to the National Account headquarters and offices Track customer purchases and buying trends and determine sales opportunities Provide management with changes in customers financial, personnel or strategic status. Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including, other sales team members, Field Support, customer service, or operations, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations. Meets monthly sales targets and account management goals Responsible for maintaining an effective and harmonious working relationship with other sales management and field personnel whose support is essential for success.
