Job Requirements
- At least 1+ year of professional experience
- Near-native English proficiency (written and spoken)
- Manage invoicing and Accounts Receivable through CRM and online systems
- Follow up on outstanding payments and resolve minor discrepancies
- Track project status and maintain accurate internal records
- Communicate with clients via email and occasional phone calls
- Proactively coordinate between stakeholders to keep projects moving forward
- Create simple layouts (signage with text and dimensions) using Adobe Illustrator
- Prepare and clean up client files for production (pre-press tasks)
- Vectorize graphics and ensure print-ready quality
- Verify file sizing, resolution, and overall readiness
- Use AI tools within Adobe to improve efficiency on simple tasks
- Nice to have: QuickBooks experience
