Job Title: Interface Sustainment Analyst Job Category: Information Technology Time Type: Full time Minimum Clearance Required to Start: None Employee Type: Regular Percentage of Travel Required: None Type of Travel: None * * * The Opportunity: We are seeking highly skilled Interface Sustainment Analysts with strong experience in Momentum Financials to join our team supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs Financial Management Business Transformation (FMBT) program. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience performing front-end functional testing and back-end database validation, ensuring that delivered system enhancements, integrations, and configurations meet business requirements and quality standards. Responsibilities: • Gather, analyze, document, and validate business and system requirements. • Design and develop Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support operational and executive decision-making. • Write complex SQL queries to extract, analyze, and validate data from back-end databases and tables. • Support system integrations, data mappings, and process improvements within Momentum and connected platforms. • Participate in testing activities including unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT). • Ensure solutions align with federal compliance, security, and data governance standards, especially within VA environments. • Create and maintain technical and functional documentation. Qualifications: Required: • 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role. • Demonstrated hands-on experience with Momentum or other ERP Solutions (financials, budgeting, or related modules). • Strong experience building Power BI reports and dashboards, including data modeling and DAX. • Advanced proficiency in SQL, including querying back-end tables, joins, stored procedures, and data validation. • Experience working in federal government environments or regulated industries. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Desired: • Previous experience supporting the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). • Familiarity with federal financial systems, compliance, and reporting standards. • Experience with data warehousing, ETL processes, or Azure data services. • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps. • Relevant certifications (CBAP, PMI-PBA, Microsoft Power BI, or similar). - What You Can Expect: A culture of integrity. Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
