• Be the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining constant communication via email, Slack, and phone calls. • Lead status updates and confidently answer routine questions. • Manage incoming requests: resolve, escalate, and close the loop efficiently. • Coordinate projects, timelines, and deliverables, anticipating potential bottlenecks. • Prepare clear documentation: recaps, trackers, and updates. • Support the onboarding of new clients and guarantee a seamless experience. • Monitor the health of the relationship and detect risks before they become problems.

Job Requirements

  • Experience: More than 3 years in Account Management, Customer -Success, or Project Management (preferably in agencies, consultancies, or SaaS).
  • Advanced English level B2+, C1
  • Business Context: Fluency in B2B concepts (Sales Pipeline, CRM, GTM alignment).
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written communication skills (ability to write diplomatic emails and executive summaries independently).
  • Soft Skills: High emotional intelligence to handle frustrated clients and a strong instinct for project management.
  • Tools: User-level familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, ClickUp, and Slack.
  • Desirable: Previous experience working in boutique consultancies or advisory firms.
  • Exposure to GTM Ops, Marketing Ops, or Sales Ops concepts.
  • Previous experience working directly with founders or high-level senior teams.
