• Increase sales and market share of Abbott Point of Care Products. • Establishing strong relationships with a broad base of internal and external health care constituents. • Keeping current on internal and competitive products and positioning by utilizing a variety of resources. • Effective planning for and following through with short- and long-term results based on business trends by developing plans that include goals, action plans, time frames, and the appropriate resources. • Keeping current in market trends and competitors’ strategies. • Give instrument demonstrations to the customers. • Develops and implements plans for territory that include goals, action plans, time frames, and resources. • Regularly tracks and reports progress against plan, redirecting efforts as necessary.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Medical Laboratory Sciences.
  • Preferably with 1-5Years’ experience in sales, directly dealing with customers.
  • Preferred to have industry knowledge.
  • Ability to adjust to a diverse cultural setup.
  • Ability of third box thinking and innovation.
  • High level of problem-solving skills and diligent follower of the policies and procedures of Abbott.

The Territory Account Specialist (TAS) is a driven sales business leader who designs customized customer experience tailored to the needs of each account and Health Care Provider (HCP). Novartis may change the published salary range based on company and market factors. Your compensation will include a performance-based cash incentive and, depending on the level of the role, eligibility to be considered for annual equity awards.
