• Clarify, document and support Cotiviti business requirements for vendor partnerships, drive strategic sourcing, identify potential third-party vendors, and complete contracts • Ensure details are contractually captured, negotiate terms and pricing, drive best value for the business, enforce contract policy compliance • Support and manage renewals and contractual amendments • Manage IT Vendor contracting through conclusion while working with Legal, Compliance, and other internal stakeholders

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field, with a focus on business administration
  • 5-7 years of work experience contracting with IT or Professional Services vendors
  • Strong contract drafting and communication skills
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Experience with Coupa or other Procure to Pay systems
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects
  • Basic knowledge of IT contracts such as Software License Agreements, SaaS Agreements, Cloud Computing, etc.

Role Description As a Sr. Procurement Analyst at Vallen, you will play a key role in the development and execution of Vallen's Enterprise Direct Sourcing Strategy, aligned with organizational goals and profitability targets. This newly formed function is central to supporting the Category Management and Pricing teams, ensuring a unified and strategic approach to supplier cost management across the organization. - Drive enterprise-wide cost savings through proactive sourcing initiatives and reactive cost management. - Provide negotiation support and analytics to enhance profitability and strengthen Vallen's competitive position in the market.
