You’ll have a passion for working with recruitment systems. As a natural problem-solver, you’ll search for tech config solutions to the business challenges you uncover. You will be the technical expert on our MSP implementations; leading the workstream to design, configure, validate/test, and deploy VMS technologies. Working across concurrent implementation on different technologies, you’ll be able to switch gears with ease and re-prioritize activities to ensure key project milestones are always met. As part of the wider Impellam CX (Customer Experience) Team, you’ll also provide guidance and support to Tech colleagues working in Tech Operations. We never stand still. As part of our continuous improvement efforts, you’ll also have access to use the various low-code/no-code tools we have available to create impressive workflow automations. Location – flexible, this is a remote role. Occasional travel to corporate or client premises may be required. Commitment to our culture, values, and behaviors: Achievement of the position objectives and key responsibilities is attained through the Virtuoso Way: - By being the ambassador for Virtuosity and contributing to a culture of trust, entrepreneurship, innovation, authenticity, inclusivity, and agility to improve business effectiveness and the commitment to the results of the team, ahead of personal interests - Making and keeping promises through Promise Based Management - Treating people with respect and by the company’s equal opportunity and unacceptable behavior policy - Behaving in a manner that does not put the safety and integrity of you, others, the environment, or the company at risk Key responsibilities: - Leads technical assessment and delivery of tech solution to the customer, including end-to-end system configuration and integration requirements - Understands the customer work practices ensuring technology solution solves program challenges - Configures our core products including external VMS (e.g. SAP Fieldglass, Beeline, Workday VNDLY) and our proprietary VMS (evo/Cnet) - Understands the client eco-system and the VMS integrations to best support those processes - Works with Project Manager to ensure known risks are flagged, and key milestones are met (using monday.com) - Leads the testing/validation of the technology solution and integrations, writing test scripts and owning issues until resolution / sign-off - Works with Data Solutions Specialist to ensure data gaps are minimized, and data quality is maximixed - As the recruitment Tech SME on implementation, you’ll need to communicate technical concepts, limitations and solutions to non-technical people - Uses low-code/no-code automations to further streamline recruitment processes - Trains, coaches and supports other team members to expand their VMS knowledge, as the Subject Matter Expert on recruitment tech you’ll provide guidance and support to the Tech Ops Manager on how to tackle the more complex tickets raised via Freshdesk - Applies Impellam Best Practices to every tech deployment, ensuring consistency throughout the team and region - Ensures that client configuration and business requirements documents are accurately maintained - Technical handover of program to Tech Ops team upon successful launch - Always advancing product knowledge through training, webinars, accreditations and self-study Workplace Health, Safety, and Environmental Compliance: At Impellam, it is our moral obligation to safeguard each other, our customers, our temporary workforce, and the environment by operating an injury-free, healthy workplace that minimizes our environmental impact.
