Senior Project Manager – Microsoft Dynamics 365

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of mid to large-scale projects using the Alithya framework and Microsoft Success by Design principles; • Be accountable for scope, schedule, budget and quality, ensuring high-value outcomes; • Facilitate strategic workshops with business and technical stakeholders to align vision and validate solutions; • Build strong client relationships, providing guidance on governance, risk management and change adoption; • Coordinate cross-functional teams, remove obstacles and enable optimal performance; • Manage project financials, including burn rate, forecasting, change requests and milestone delivery, with accuracy and transparency; • Foster continuous improvement through lessons learned and knowledge sharing within the delivery team.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a technical discipline;
- Minimum of 10 years’ project management experience in consulting or enterprise services delivery;
- Experience in a PMO environment and/or change management, including managing budgets, schedules, risks and stakeholder expectations;
- Strong understanding of PPM, ERP or CRM implementations;
- Good understanding of Agile and hybrid delivery approaches;
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in matrixed environments;
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills for executive and technical audiences.
- Assets: PMP, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2 or equivalent certifications; MBA; Experience with Power Platform and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Operations.
- Language skills: French: Fluent; English: Advanced.
