About The Role The Revit Architectural Drafter is primarily responsible for producing residential construction blueprints for both new and existing plans, elevations, and options. What You’ll Do Revit: New Plans and Elevations - Produce and document residential construction blueprints for plans, elevations, and options to meet daily deadlines. - Analyze and submit new plan, elevation, and option drawings to the Vice President of Production. - Produce a Bill of Materials used to estimate material takeoffs. - Liaise with the Estimating Department to ensure alignment of estimating and production best practices. Revit: Existing Plans - Revise residential construction blueprints to reflect plan revisions and monthly changes. - Produce a Bill of Materials used to estimate material takeoffs.

• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget • Ensure resource availability and allocation • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques • Manage the relationship with the clients • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation • Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project • Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members' individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels • Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals • Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis • Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members • Use and continually develop leadership skills • Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency • Perform other related duties as assigned • Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs

• Responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope • Effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members • Handling SAP projects preferably in Transportation, Shipping or Supply Chain Project Management as PM with multiple implementation projects • Strong stakeholder management • Manage offshore teams working on US day time zones • Delivering projects in iterative and Agile methodology as well as incremental development approach • Risk, issue, communication and Change management experience • Resource and time management as well as other administrative duties

What You’ll Be Doing - Project Leadership & Planning - Lead the competitive bidding process, including: - Contractor evaluation and selection - Bid reviews, analysis, and award recommendations - Review and validate construction drawings for: - Accuracy - Completeness - Brand alignment - Scope consistency - Construction Administration - Manage day-to-day project tasks such as: - Responding to RFIs - Reviewing and approving updates or submissions - Coordinating materials and delivery schedules - Maintaining up-to-date project timelines - Review and approve: - Pay applications - Change orders - Budget adjustments or impacts - On-Site Management & Quality Control - Conduct site visits to assess: - Build quality - Progress against milestones - Contractor performance - Prepare and manage punch lists to ensure all items are completed accurately and on time - Oversee project close-out documentation and handoff - Travel up to 30% to support construction across regions - Communication & Collaboration - Maintain clear, consistent communication with: - Internal partners - External contractors - Vendors - Design teams - Facilitate or participate in weekly construction and scheduling meetings - Lead weekly project calls focused on alignment across: - Timeline - Scope - Deliverables - Provide proactive updates, including risk mitigation and solution-oriented recommendations Qualifications - Minimum Experience: - 5 years of experience as a Project Manager or Project Engineer preferred - Recent graduates of a construction management program may also be considered - Minimum Education: - Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field preferred - Candidates with an unrelated bachelor’s degree may qualify with 5 years of relevant experience - Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in retail or hospitality environments - Knowledge of capital budget approval processes - Experience with remodel or rollout programs - CAD experience is a plus Benefits - Your Sole Well-Being: - Our benefits package is crafted with our associates in mind!
