• Responsible for ensuring that ShipERP products are functioning as designed and minimizing product defects by identifying bugs and missing functionalities based on given product requirements. • Create test cases and test data for various test scenarios • Execute and document test scripts and analyze results • Review of test scripts • Identify and isolate bugs in software • Basic troubleshooting of product issues/bugs • Identify potential issues in user interface • Identify other areas of improvement for the product • Understand the functionality and business process related to the product • Coordinate with Business Analysts and Developers regarding the expected functionality of the product to verify test execution and results

• Responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope • Effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members • Handling SAP projects preferably in Transportation, Shipping or Supply Chain Project Management as PM with multiple implementation projects • Strong stakeholder management • Manage offshore teams working on US day time zones • Delivering projects in iterative and Agile methodology as well as incremental development approach • Risk, issue, communication and Change management experience • Resource and time management as well as other administrative duties

• Responsible for ABAP development based on the functional specs • Troubleshoot technical issues encountered by the client and provide solutions in a timely manner • Create technical documentation • Engage professionally with clients when required

• Design and develop a web application that is compatible with both LAMP and WAMP stacks in high-availability environment • Utilize PHP, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript for development • Collaborate with team members in a high-availability environment • Engage in agile development methodologies and version control practices

• Manage the set-up and implementation of the ShipERP Solution in SAP system. • Ensure the successful delivery of project to plan and within budget, while ensuring that the deliverables meet the underlying business case. • Present status updates and report on potential issues and mitigation plans to leadership steering team. • Gather and analyze business and functional specifications. • Install, configure, and optimize SAP ShipERP add-on and solutions as per the design document with support from 3rd party provider. • Troubleshoot implementation issues. • Provide alternate solutions where technical constraints impede the business process. • Produce and maintain implementation documentation

• Conducts new hire class training on a regular basis, including the preparation of all training materials and facilities associated with each class • Implements recurring training classes, meetings, and seminars as needed • Be the main point of contact for questions and help troubleshoot issues encountered • Ensure training is completed within set dates and report special circumstances • Proactively monitor progress and ensure tasks are completed on time and document all progress and milestones in training • Hold group review sessions and individual demo sessions as per the training curriculum • Provide the individualized attention and support for each trainee to help them succeed • Provide evaluation based on performances of the trainee • Researches, creates, implements, and maintains training content required for the development of product knowledge, process awareness, and system expertise for both new and tenured associates while adhering to the format established by the training team • Content includes but not limited to training material, quiz, test cases, hands on exercise • Install and configure new system as needed based on training needs • Update content as needed per ShipERP product release • Ability to travel (10-25% potentially, as business requires) and availability to adjust the schedule based on business needs • Handle Technical Support tickets from Support Team on occasional basis and provide analysis and code resolution

• Monitor Project Progress • Provide detailed updates/reports to Product Owner • Escalate any blockers, issues or risk to Product Owner and Project Manager • Ensure team members have all the resources they need to complete their tasks • Planning Project meetings and/or Escalation meetings • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports • PM Artifacts Assistance, Follow-ups and Communication • Project Change Requests Drafting, Alignment, Communications, and Approvals • Help with Project Signoffs and related tasks milestones deliverables • Solution Delivery POC for STO Aging • Weekly Reporting and Support Team Coordination • PMO-Accounting Report Assistance and Communication
