What You Will Bring As A Data Scientist - 8+ years’ professional experience, including 5+ years of experience in data science - Strong communication skills and ability to translate complex data into actionable insights - Experience building, deploying, and testing predictive models in high traffic environments - Solid understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning, and data wrangling - Proficiency in Python and R, along with strong SQL skills - Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, AWS, GCP) - Experience in property insurance - Exposure to experimentation frameworks and causal inference methods - Experience with code versioning, documentation, and project management tools such as Git, Wikis/Confluence, and Jira/Rally, etc. - Proven experience working with US based business teams  - Excellent written and communication skills in English language. - Ability to work within core US business hours / time zone expectations - Eastern Standard Time (EST) overlap. - Working Hours: 8 Hours (Excluding breaks) 4 Core US Hours Overlap (7:30pm- 11:30pm IST) 4 flexible hours (IST)   - Workspace: A quiet space to work, an internet connection of at least 30 Mbps download | 10 Mbps upload The application window for this position is anticipated to close in 2 weeks (10 business days) from April 1, 2026.
