Job Requirements
- Proven experience in a commercial finance role, with a minimum of 10 years in a finance position within a multinational or regional organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights for non-financial stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in financial modeling, forecasting, and performance analysis.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills, with experience leading diverse teams across geographies.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
- Must be able to interact effectively with senior executives.
- Proficiency in financial software tools (e.g. One Stream, Hyperion, SAP, Power BI) and advanced Excel skills.
- Fluent in English (verbal and written skills are essential).
