Role Overview The Administrative Officer will play a key role in supporting daily business operations, managing administrative processes, and ensuring smooth coordination across teams. You will help maintain operational efficiency while supporting the client’s internal workflows and day to day activities. Key Responsibilities - Oversee general administrative tasks, including documentation, scheduling, and correspondence - Manage digital filing systems and maintain organized records - Assist with procurement, inventory tracking, and office related needs - Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and internal communications - Support onboarding and coordination of staff or external partners - Monitor compliance with internal policies and procedures - Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document key discussions - Assist with project administration and operational workflows - Provide additional administrative support as needed to ensure smooth daily operations

Job Requirements

  • Qualifications & Skills:
  • 2 to 5+ years of experience in administrative, operations, or office support roles
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in office tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and other administrative software
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple ongoing responsibilities
  • Professional demeanor, strong work ethic, and proactive mindset
  • Experience working with international clients or remote teams is an advantage
