Role Overview The Administrative Officer will play a key role in supporting daily business operations, managing administrative processes, and ensuring smooth coordination across teams. This role requires someone who is highly organized, reliable, and capable of handling a wide range of administrative responsibilities with accuracy and professionalism. You will help maintain operational efficiency while supporting the client’s internal workflows and day to day activities. Key Responsibilities - Oversee general administrative tasks, including documentation, scheduling, and correspondence - Manage digital filing systems and maintain organized records - Assist with procurement, inventory tracking, and office related needs - Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and internal communications - Support onboarding and coordination of staff or external partners - Monitor compliance with internal policies and procedures - Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document key discussions - Assist with project administration and operational workflows - Provide additional administrative support as needed to ensure smooth daily operations

• Lead the finance team in the successful implementation of the core banking system across Mashreq geographies. • Act as the primary interface between the finance department and the project implementation team. • Ensure compliance with IFRS, alignment with organizational financial processes, and seamless integration of the new system into financial reporting and controls. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure finance requirements are met. • Design and validate finance-specific configurations within Oracle Flexcube. • Coordinate data migration activities and ensure accurate transfer of finance-related historical data. • Drive automation in financial statement preparation, reconciliation processes, and internal controls.

• Analyzing financial data to support strategic decision-making • Management reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis to drive financial performance • Act as a financial consultant and business partner to support key business units and departments • Work closely with various internal leaders and stakeholders • Present financial results/findings to management • Create various financial models to support or inform different business decisions • Establish budgets and forecasts on behalf of business partners • Support any ad hoc requests that arise • Collaborate with sister finance teams (i.e. accounting, AP/AR) and business partners that are located globally • Create, analyze, and present monthly financial results that include business partner level Income statements comparing actuals versus budget, forecast, and prior year • Clearly articulate findings to both business partners and finance management. • Support team’s effort to move financial data into PowerBI dashboard and present findings in an interactive and effective manner • Research variances between actuals and budget/forecast, then summarize the findings to finance leadership and business partners

• Help shape how Rezilient prices, scales, and positions its care delivery model in the market. • Own core planning and forecasting processes, advise on pricing strategy, partnership economics, contract structures, and long-term market positioning within the healthcare delivery landscape. • This is a high-impact, highly visible role with the opportunity to build foundational processes, influence strategy at the highest levels, and help define how Rezilient grows sustainably. • Communicate findings and recommendations directly to the Executive Leadership Team, Board, and external stakeholders as needed. • Lead scenario modeling and investor-facing financial analyses to inform strategic decisions, capital planning, and fundraising discussions.
