• Understand and document project scope for both short duration projects and ongoing retained clients • Develop & ensure follow-through upon project plans for each of Actable’s strategic accounts • Determine and define clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities for staff members • Ensure timely delivery of promised action items and client deliverables • Facilitate internal and external communication

• Supporting the sales process by collecting requirements and conducting sessions such as journey mapping, event storming, impact mapping, etc. • Preparing agile timetables and high-level user stories • Briefing the development team and prioritizing stories • Supporting and facilitating Scrum, including Sprint planning and prioritization • Participating in Scrum meetings and supporting the team in lockups and sprint reviews • Preparing the tracks and briefing of the development team for release

• Responsible for the provision of technical project planning and management of all the projects and/or initiatives assigned from inception to execution. • Ensure that the projects are in line with company plans, priorities and expectations. • Maintain budgets, enforce deadlines, supervise team members, and manage all levels/forms of service delivery which includes design, analysis, training, testing, and setting-up of solutions. • Schedule, manage risk, resources and set standards, sequential status reports, and both internal and external communication linkages ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Lead the execution of customer projects, ensuring successful delivery of use cases within agreed timelines and scope. • Act as the bridge between technical teams, customers, and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment on objectives, milestones, and outcomes. • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities based on business impact and customer needs. • Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle, from kickoff to completion, ensuring adherence to customer requirements and company standards. • Define project plans, objectives, scope, deliverables, and KPIs to measure success. • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including various pods, data scientists, engineers, and business analysts, to deliver solutions. • Track progress, identify risks early, and implement mitigation strategies. • Work closely with customers to understand their business challenges and map solutions to their needs. • Translate customer use cases into actionable project plans, ensuring technical feasibility and alignment with Complexio’s AI capabilities. • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, managing expectations and communication throughout the project lifecycle. • Conduct regular check-ins, project updates, and post-implementation reviews to ensure value realization. • Align internal teams and external partners on project objectives, ensuring smooth collaboration. • Coordinate with pod leads, tech managers, product, and customer success teams to remove blockers and optimize resource allocation. • Escalate critical issues and dependencies to leadership as needed, providing data-driven recommendations. • Establish and refine project management frameworks, methodologies, and best practices for efficient execution. • Leverage agile methodologies where applicable, iterating on project deliverables based on feedback. • Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing and documentation of lessons learned from past projects.
