Position Overview Emerging Tech is seeking a Change Management Project Manager to support the Electronic Health Record Modernization (EHRM) program for the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. This role supports the End-User Engagement and Adoption (EUEA) Change Management (CM) team by overseeing and executing project activities, deliverables, and program operations. The ideal candidate has experience supporting large-scale IT or healthcare transformation programs and brings strong project management, stakeholder coordination, and change management capabilities.
