Project Manager

• Demonstrate a firm grasp of PM principles and follow Zuri Group's PMO standards to manage the scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality, and customer satisfaction of multiple concurrent projects of varying size. • Work collaboratively with the client and project team to define and oversee deliverables, breaking down work into assignments housed within a centralized task management system. • Create complex project deliverables such as Project Charters, risk registers, visual workflows and dashboards, and multi-faceted project plans in an independent/autonomous environment. • Forecast project hours and resources. • Deliver accurate monthly budget reports that reflect project financial status. • Plan, organize and arrange onsite client meetings, product launches and support efforts. • Organize, plan and manage project resources, both Zuri Group and client teams. • Proactively identify risks to projects and propose changes to meet success criteria & escalate where appropriate to client and/or Zuri leadership. • Conduct project meetings, providing agendas and regular reports to communicate the status of projects to stakeholders within and beyond the project team. • Communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and staff effectively and accurately through all levels of the agency.

Job Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of direct project management experience required.
  • Strong knowledge of Project Management principles and concepts, with proven ability to manage all aspects and deliverables of the project life cycle.
  • Proficiency with task-management systems and Project Management tools or software, such as Smartsheet.
  • Experience with technology project management required.
  • Highly analytical, technically proficient, and able to learn new tools and software quickly.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced presentation, influencing, and relationship management skills.
  • Organized with the ability to manage complex workflows.
  • Adaptable to work in a fluid, fast-paced environment juggling multiple projects, tasks, priorities, and stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to make independent decisions quickly and effectively, while determining and considering impact on applicable project(s).
