Position Overview Emerging Tech is seeking a Change Management Project Manager to support the Electronic Health Record Modernization (EHRM) program for the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. This role supports the End-User Engagement and Adoption (EUEA) Change Management (CM) team by overseeing and executing project activities, deliverables, and program operations. The ideal candidate has experience supporting large-scale IT or healthcare transformation programs and brings strong project management, stakeholder coordination, and change management capabilities. Key Responsibilities - Support the EUEA Change Management team in execution of program activities, events, and deliverables - Track site activities, action items, risks, and issues, ensuring timely escalation and resolution - Manage and monitor project plans, timelines, and deliverables across multiple stakeholders - Develop and maintain change management artifacts including decks, briefs, agendas, meeting minutes, and talking points - Analyze change management content to identify key insights, risks, and follow-up actions - Coordinate across cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and progress of CM initiatives - Proactively manage project execution to maintain schedule, quality, and performance targets - Support program reporting and executive-level briefings Minimum Qualifications - 10+ years of professional work experience - Experience managing IT-related projects - Strong understanding of project lifecycle and project management methodologies - Experience tracking cost, schedule, and performance metrics - Proven ability to identify and mitigate risks - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems, Business, or related discipline - OR additional 8 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree Preferred Qualifications - Experience supporting the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs - Experience supporting Electronic Health Record Modernization (EHRM) or similar healthcare IT programs - Experience in change management, user adoption, or communications within large-scale IT transformations - Familiarity with change management frameworks and stakeholder engagement strategies Work Location - 100% Remote (U.S.-based candidates only) Compensation - Salary range: $100,000 – $125,000 annually - Comprehensive benefits package Why Join Emerging Tech - Support a high-impact federal healthcare modernization initiative - Work in a collaborative, mission-driven environment - Contribute to improving care delivery for Veterans
