Job Description We are looking for a high-impact, execution-driven Expansion Project Manager to join our Global Expansion team. Reporting directly to the Global Expansion Director, you will take ownership of the entire Expansion project portfolio, ensuring that our most strategic initiatives are well-scoped, rigorously executed, and deliver measurable revenue impact. This role sits at the heart of Expansion strategy and execution. You will act as the PMO and strategic backbone of the function, while also directly leading selected high-impact projects across analytics, product development, process optimization, and go-to-market improvements. Beyond project delivery, you will co-own the Expansion budget performance, ensuring we hit our MRR targets across expansion products, pricing initiatives or efficiency improvements. This is a role for someone who thrives in complexity, enjoys turning strategy into execution, and wants visible impact on revenue at a global scale. In this role, you will contribute by… 1. Owning the Expansion Project Portfolio (PMO & Strategic Backbone) You will act as the central orchestrator of the Expansion initiative portfolio. - Structure and prioritize the full portfolio of expansion initiatives - Define clear scoping, objectives, KPIs, impact sizing and timelines - Estimate business impact and validate expected ROI of initiatives - Monitor progress, identify risks and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery - Drive accountability across stakeholders and markets - Ensure initiatives are not only delivered, but effectively implemented and embedded locally - Provide strategic input on initiative design, sequencing and trade-offs - You will ensure we focus on the highest-impact opportunities and execute them rigorously. 2. Directly Leading High-Impact Strategic Projects In addition to portfolio oversight, you will personally lead selected strategic initiatives end-to-end. Examples of projects may include: - Advanced analytics initiatives (e.g., Next-Best-Action model) in close collaboration with Data Science and BI - Development and rollout of new expansion products in partnership with Product teams - Cross-market process improvements to increase local team effectiveness - Implementation of dashboards and performance tracking frameworks - Pricing and packaging optimization initiatives You will: - Align cross-functional stakeholders (Data, Product, Sales, Marketing, Finance, local markets) - Translate analytical insights into concrete execution plans - Drive structured problem-solving - Ensure measurable revenue impact 3. Co-owning Expansion Budget & Performance Delivery You will play a key role in ensuring we deliver our Expansion revenue targets. In close collaboration with the Global Expansion Director and product leads, you will: - Monitor performance across expansion products (e.g., First Class, Media360, Noa Notes), price increases, package upsells and other core revenue levers - Monitor key sales funnel and pipeline metrics to ensure we are on track to deliver the budget, identify and escalate delivery risks - Track KPIs and proactively identify gaps to target - Drive corrective actions when performance deviates from plan - Support forecasting and semi-financial modeling - Identify structural bottlenecks and propose scalable solutions How do we define success in this position? - Expansion budget is delivered in line with (or above) targets - Expansion initiatives are clearly scoped, prioritized and delivered on time - Strategic projects generate measurable MRR impact - Portfolio visibility and governance significantly improve - Stakeholders consider you as a structured, high-ownership problem solver Location This is a remote-first role. You can work from any of our global offices (e.g., Warsaw, Barcelona, Mexico City, Curitiba, Rome). Qualifications What makes you a great fit? - 4–8 years of professional experience - Strong project management experience (complex, cross-functional initiatives) - Experience managing a portfolio of initiatives or working in a PMO-like function - Proven ability to drive execution of budget in fast-paced environments - Understanding of sales funnel and ability to - Strong business judgment and structured problem-solving skills - Fluency in English - Background in consulting, strategy, or high-growth tech/startup environments - Experience in SaaS and/or marketplace business models - Experience owning or significantly contributing to revenue or budget targets - Comfort working with data (SQL/BI knowledge is a plus, but not mandatory) - Experience collaborating with Product, Data, and Go-to-Market teams Nice to have - Ability to estimate impact and build simple financial models - Experience in healthcare or technology environments - Knowledge of BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) or analytical tools (SQL, Python) - Experience working with multicultural, multi-market organizations - Exposure to pricing & packaging initiatives Additional Information What to Expect from Our Hiring Process We like to keep things transparent and efficient! Delivering project-based solutions focused on the refurbishment, enhancement, and upkeep of existing commercial and public-use facilities. Their work commonly includes upgrades to operational spaces, internal fit-outs, make-good works, and external infrastructure improvements across sectors such as education, healthcare, and other institutional environments. Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Estimator to support the preparation of accurate and commercially competitive tenders for building improvement and refurbishment projects. This role is ideal for someone with strong experience supporting Australian construction projects and who is confident working across multiple live tenders in a remote setup. The successful candidate will work closely with the Australian delivery team to review project documentation, assess scope requirements, coordinate subcontractor pricing, and prepare detailed cost estimates for submission. Key Responsibilities:  - Review project information provided by the Australian team, including site photos, videos, drawings, specifications, and tender documents, and prepare accurate cost estimates from initial pricing through final submission. - Break down tender requirements into individual trade packages such as carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, tiling, mechanical, and fire services. - Coordinate with subcontractors to obtain, manage, and follow up on quotations. - Evaluate subcontractor quotes based on cost, scope coverage, exclusions, delivery capability, and overall value for money. - Read and interpret architectural drawings, engineering documentation, and project specifications. - Perform quantity take-offs using tools such as Bluebeam Revu. - Prepare detailed cost breakdowns by trade and project element. - Identify commercial, scope, and delivery risks and escalate concerns where necessary. - Support subcontractor negotiations to align pricing with project requirements and commercial targets. - Maintain accurate records of tender activity, pricing files, subcontractor correspondence, and submissions within internal systems. - Provide estimating support for minor works, project budgets, and ad hoc pricing requests. - Collaborate closely with the Australian delivery and estimating teams throughout the tender lifecycle.
