Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end SAP HCM and SuccessFactors implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality. - Analyze client HR processes to design efficient SAP HCM and SuccessFactors solutions meeting their business needs. - Configure, customize, and optimize SAP HCM modules (Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Payroll, Time Management) and SuccessFactors modules. - Develop comprehensive testing plans and coordinate testing activities to ensure robust system performance. - Provide expert-level support, troubleshooting, and problem resolution for SAP HCM and SuccessFactors environments. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams for system integration and harmonization with other business applications. - Stay current with SAP HCM and SuccessFactors product updates, best practices, and emerging trends.
