Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in benefits, compensation and total rewards management in a global company
- Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits laws and regulations
- Proven experience in designing and implementing total rewards strategies, including salary structures, incentive plans, and employee benefits programs
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex reward concepts to stakeholders and employees
- Project management experience, with the ability to manage multiple compensation and benefits initiatives simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure accurate and compliant rewards administration
- Experience in vendor management and negotiation for benefits and compensation-related services
