• Provide support in planning, developing, producing and delivering marketing & communications (promotional and collateral) materials • Prepare written materials including some marketing copy, business communications, reports, and presentations • Write and distribute content for our intranet & newsletters • Be responsible for ensuring accurate information and proofreading • Contribute to / and develop internal communication campaigns • Organizing and assisting in internal people engagement events : ad-hoc duties, guest list management, set-up, catering arrangements, logistics, etc.
Job Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English including writing, proofreading and copy editing
- Creative and out of the box thinking
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Keen in attention to details
- High level organizational skills, be willing and able to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
- A strong work ethic, professionalism and integrity
- Ability to create, compose, and edit written and electronic materials
- Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality

This is a broad, hands-on role for a strong individual contributor who can work independently, manage multiple priorities, and move work forward across functions without heavy oversight.
