• Lead voice and digital AI Self-Service solutions for large, multi-location contact centers • Design, develop and implement AI self-service applications with Google CCAI • Ability to interface with clients, lead design decisions and drive towards defining solution requirements and technical design • Serve as a project lead for the Google Delivery practice for assigned Google CCAI projects • Collaborate with project team members to provide input to conversation design specifications • Integrate to backend systems using web services, databases, and reporting • Perform Unit Testing of developed code • Assist with System and Functional Testing

• Design and implement AI-driven systems that improve enterprise data quality through: AI-powered data enrichment and inference, Entity resolution and fuzzy matching, Automated classification and taxonomy generation, Anomaly detection and data quality monitoring, Achema mapping and data harmonization across datasets • Design modern data platforms that support AI systems, including: Semantic indexing and embeddings, Knowledge graphs and ontology frameworks, AI-ready data pipelines and enrichment layers, Real-time ingestion and contextualization of enterprise data • Integrate AI data intelligence capabilities across enterprise systems such as ServiceNow, ERP, CRM, and operational platforms. • Establish enterprise capabilities for: AI data lineage and traceability, Data provenance across AI pipelines, Observability of data quality and enrichment accuracy, Explainability and auditability for AI-driven systems • Translate data intelligence concepts into scalable capabilities including: Reusable data modernization frameworks, AI-powered data enrichment services, Internal accelerators and intellectual property, Client-ready data intelligence solutions • Work across: AI / ML Engineering, Data Engineering, Data Science, Forward Deployed Engineers, ServiceNow platform teams to deliver production-ready AI data intelligence systems.

• Use proprietary software to provide labels, annotations, recordings, and inputs on projects involving multilingual audio clips, voice recordings, speech samples, and auditory elements in various languages. • Support the delivery of high-quality curated audio data that ensures clear, natural spoken output, accurate representation of linguistic and prosodic details (such as intonation, rhythm, and accent), and professional audio standards. • Collaborate with technical staff to develop tasks that improve AI's ability to handle speech modulation, accent variation, noise in real-world recordings, and multilingual audio processing. • Work with technical staff to improve annotation tools for efficient audio workflows.
