• Transporting and setting up of digital recording equipment both remotely and on location. • Managing the recording and logging of events in a professional and efficient manner, adhering to agreed timescales, and seeking appropriate support when necessary. • Communicating effectively and appropriately with colleagues, clients and venue staff in order to best achieve eScribers’ contractual obligations to the highest standards. • Building relationships with clients and host venues to ensure the smooth running of the event, and to facilitate the transfer of information to enable a quality transcript to be produced. • Possessing an understanding of Court proceedings and basic legal terminology. • Providing a high level of customer service and support to all Stakeholders. • Identifying and troubleshooting common issues. • Attention to detail and accuracy.

• You will be part of a team of proofreaders who ensure the integrity of hearing transcripts from courts across the U.S. This includes verifying the accuracy of the audio record as well as adhering to the strict formatting guidelines each jurisdiction requires. This is a fast-paced environment so excellent time management and prioritization skills are critical.

• Lead legal research on possible U.S. federal and state-level policy interventions supporting public safety, security, and wellbeing for scenarios of highly multipolar AGI run amok • Research on underutilized authorities, opportunities for better communication and response, and for legal loopholes that may be filled by an action of an executive agency • Work closely with the Public Security Policy program lead to craft creative holistic solutions to projected catastrophic issues regarding public health and safety, civil rights, human rights, national security, global security, emergency preparedness, emergency management, economic stability, infrastructure security, and novel threat profiles. • Help craft holistic solution recommendations for prevention, mitigation, and/or responses to a variety of projected novel crises • Research realpolitik and judicial dynamics regarding prospective interventions

Develop and implement patent strategies, advise internal partners on patent matters, and execute patent prosecution activities while coordinating with stakeholders on intellectual property rights and conducting patentability assessments.
