• Own the end-to-end strategy, planning, and execution of Pindrop’s global events portfolio – including industry conferences, trade shows, owned experiences, virtual events, and executive programs. • Develop and own the integrated event marketing strategy (in-person and virtual) aligned with Pindrop’s go-to-market priorities, target accounts, and revenue goals, partnering closely with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Brand Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. • Lead the planning and execution of Pindrop’s presence at key industry events, trade shows, and partner conferences, ensuring cohesive brand storytelling and measurable business outcomes. • Design and execute Pindrop-owned events and experiences that engage target personas, create differentiated value, and showcase Pindrop’s voice security and AI innovation. • Integrate AI and automation across the event lifecycle to increase efficiency and impact. • Partner with Marketing Operations and Sales Operations to define event KPIs, build reporting dashboards, and implement AI-enriched attribution models that connect events to pipeline, revenue, and expansion. • Own the event calendar, budget, and resourcing for all field and event marketing initiatives; prioritize programs based on data, AI-driven insights, and GTM needs, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. • Build and manage relationships with key external partners (event organizers, agencies, production vendors, design and A/V partners, AI-enabled event platforms) to enhance the attendee experience and operational efficiency.

• Will perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs on a variety of biomedical equipment • Will assist Utility Technician 1’s and Utility Technician 2’s and other technician's as needed. • Will identify training needs for self. • Will assure the service area is clean and orderly, providing a safe environment for service personnel. • Will assure accurate database entry and reports. • Expected to meet production goals set for the department • Will clean and decontaminate equipment if needed. • Will assist if needed with the Shipping and Receiving of equipment. • Will be expected to work Overtime with short notice. • Will participate in the Bi-annual inventory of equipment. • Will participate in a department on-call rotation, including short to last minute overtime when needed and weekend overtime for critical projects, coverage as necessary. • Other duties and tasks as directed by the Supervisor, Lead or Manager.

Your responsibilities include: - Welcome customers and identify their preferences by asking pointed questions. - Recommend hairstyles and haircuts according to customers’ face shapes and tastes. - Wash, rinse and dry clients’ hair using appropriate shampoos and conditioners (e.g. for oily hair or dry scalp). - Cut, trim and shave hair using professional equipment. - Apply a wide range of hair colouring techniques, like highlights, ombre and balayage. - Create hairstyles for formal events and everyday looks, including braids, ponytails and buns. - Apply hair treatment products, as needed (e.g. colour protection creams and hydrating masks). - Form bonds with loyal customers and remember their hairstyle preferences. - Manage bookings and serve walk-ins. - Ensure tidiness of beauty stations and sterilize tools, as needed. - Cross-sell hair care products or services, when appropriate. Qualifications - Work experience as a Hair Stylist, Hairdresser, Colorist or similar role. - Proficiency in hair straightening and curling methods, using hot irons and curlers. - Hands-on experience with various coloring techniques. - Knowledge of a wide range of haircuts, suitable for all hair lengths (e.g. braids and top knots). - Familiarity with hair treatment products and services, like keratin smoothing. - Up-to-date with industry trends. - Excellent communication skills. - Physical stamina to stand for long hours. - Flexibility to work in shifts. - Valid license from a cosmetology school. Requirements - Requires working from detailed instructions and occasional independent decision-making. - Ability to read, analyze and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, or procedural manuals.
