• Press release writing • Press release syndication and distribution • Organize company industry events • Organize smaller meetups in Amsterdam or other key markets • Organize larger global online events • Ensure RBL Labs attends industry events and networking opportunities • Work closely with graphic design teams to ensure brand and CI consistency for all promotional material • Liaising with team to ensure PR and events are in line with company content calendars, and roadmap • Maintain strong networks and relationships across PR and media fraternity

• Implementation of mobile game mechanics with Unity (front-end and partially back-end) • Integration of in-game assets • Development of custom tools within Unity editor interface • CI/CD setup • Communication with game designers, artists, animators, UX/UI specialists, sound designers to identify the requirements, technical solutions and scope • Integration of 3d party SDK's like PUN2 (Photon Engine) • Analytics tools integration • Support of planning activities • Establish development pipelines as well as practical and productive strategies; • Identify code errors and game bottlenecks and administer solutions; • Ensure top-notch performance, quality and reactivity of applications and apply upgrades if necessary.

• Producing flows, wireframes, visual designs and final assets for integration into Unity • Working closely with game designers, animators, VFX specialists and developers to identify UX requirements and technical solutions for graphical implementation • Produce professional, considered and annotated documents that highlight UI design guidelines, color coding and other related details.

• Work closely with the marketing & business development teams to promote and improve community engagement and participation • Website design • Social media banners & SM handle designs • Lead images for PR & partnerships • Newsletter design • Youtube thumbnails • Display banners for paid media • 2D Animation would be extremely advantageous • 3D animation would set you far apart from the pack • Work closely with game design teams to ensure brand and CI consistency • Liaising with team to determine their requirements in relation to design, and production • Developing concepts, graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos and websites • Determining size and arrangement of copy and illustrative material, as well as font style and size • Preparing rough drafts of material based on an agreed brief • Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements if required • Liaising with external printers on a regular basis to ensure deadlines are met

• Be responsible for the graphic design and style of the company - logo, banners, content and merchandise - you are passionate to make it shine as a representation of our identity and brand; • Be responsible for the front-end/visual side of LOCGame website; • Be responsible for the visual/graphic/UI of LOCG marketplace; • Work closely with the CEO to support the strategy of Rbl Labs and LOCGame; • Determine the visual style of a collectible card game • Lead the team of in-house 2D/3D artists, animators, VFX and UI artists • Maintain needed quality level of all visual assets including animation and VFX • Manage the outsourcing art teams to maintain needed quality level of all assets and in line with the needed art style • Manage the creation of art assets for media and website of the project to keep them in line with the art style of the project • Assets creation for a collectible card game (concept art, characters art, card illustrations, UI)
